Workplace Risk and Wellbeing Tools

Creating a safer, healthier workplace starts with understanding key risk areas in the workplace and understanding how to best address these with education, tools and guides. Industry insights and feedback from stakeholders has identified certain key risk areas and we have developed the following health checks that our customers can access today for free. To support workplaces identify and mitigate these risks, we offer self-assessment tools, developed by industry experts, to assist health and safety leaders address critical areas such as OVA, WHS, and Workplace Harassment.

Workplace Safety Health Check
The Workplace Safety Health Check aims to evaluate the approach to safety management within the workplace.

Upon completion of the Health Check, a detailed report will be emailed to the participant covering:
- A summary of the results and recommendations including:
  - Overall Workplace Health Check Score,
  - Safety Management Systems Review,
  - Injury Risk Management Review, and
  - Overall indication of the business' maturity towards managing WHS risk.

Harassment Health Check
The Harassment Health Check is designed to evaluate the risk levels of bullying and sexual harassment within workplaces.

  - Overall Workplace Harassment Health Check Score,
  - Prevention and meeting of positive duty review,

  - Sex discrimination review,
  - Monitoring and evaluation review,
  - Bullying and harassment prevention & meeting of positive duty review,
  - Bulling and harassment training and education review, and
  - Overall indication of the business' maturity towards minimising Harassment risk.

Occupational Violence and Aggression Health Check
The Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) Health Check is a tool crafted to evaluate the risk level of OVA within a workplace.

- A summary of the results and recommendations including:
  - Overall OVA Health Check Score,
  - Prevention Leadership in the Workplace Review,
  - Safety Management Systems Review,
